Follow the instructions.
1.Take a bowl and beat four eggs with the grated cheese at home, mix well and then season with a good grTnding of pepper. For optimum results, our advice is to buy good quality cheese and grate it at home, beware of bags with grated Parmesan or pecorino cheese and packaged.
2.Take a frying pan and put a tablespoon of oil, let it heat and then put the chopped onion clean and thin, brown it a few minutes and then add the bacon cut into small pieces, brown it over medium heat until it hardens and well roasted outside.
3.Take a large pot and put water, add salt and bring to a boil, then pour the pasta and cook according to directions on the package. Drain the pasta and then put it back into the pan, pour in the egg mixture and cheese and bacon, stir the fire is out to curdle the egg. The egg must not become an omelette but stay creamy. If necessary add a little 'of pecorino cheese and pepper. Put the pasta on plates and serve hot.
