A Festival for Europe. Uto Ughi
A concert on the Capitol Square master Uto Ughi, panel discussions, guided tours for schools, concert bands of the Armed Forces and Police and other cultural events will alternate until May 19 to tell Europe to the Romans, especially explaining to young people the opportunities and rights arising from European citizens.
On the evening of Tuesday 8 (from 21) on the square of the Capitol is scheduledconcerts with the Orchestra of Uto Ughi of "The Philharmonic Orchestra of Rome."
