BIOPARK
Opened in 1911, has long been considered one of the best zoos in Europe. The Zoo was founded in 1998 with the aim of bringing visitors to the world of nature and sensitize them to important concepts such as the conservation of species and habitats in which they live. Currently home to over 200 species of animals including mammals, birds and reptiles, and boasting a rich variety of plants. The entrance on the avenue of Zoological Gardens has a beautiful portal of '900, decorated with statues of lions and elephant heads.
